Foundation restoration/replacement on an existing Log Home

Please have a close look at those pictures, as you can see, the eave side foundations are pushed in approx. 1' on each side. This is due to no gutters and the fact that the property was sloped towards the foundation!

All the water from the roof and also the melting water from all the snow was draining towards the foundations and footings. Also the front gable side footing was undermined and cut out to a degree that we had to replace it as well. 

We lifted the house, one side at a time, and replaced the old footings and frost walls with new ones and upgraded the frost wall to ICF walls.

The value of the home increased significant due to the fact, that the foundation is now build up to code.
